Drywall around openings and existing services

The selected views show new boarded surfaces alongside exposed building structure and overhead services. Window returns and changes in wall direction make the drywall scope more detailed than a simple uninterrupted partition.

These photographs document the construction stage. They do not establish a final completion date, acoustic rating or finish level for the Regus project.

What to define before quoting commercial drywall

A useful drywall enquiry includes the wall schedule, heights, board layers, insulation requirements, opening details and finish expectations. Existing services and access conditions also affect how the work can be sequenced.

For an office interior, confirm the required backing, ceiling interfaces and any wall performance requirements with the project team before the walls are closed. Rambo can review the framing and drywall package against the supplied drawings.
