Choose the ceiling around the room.

Suspended T-bar ceilings

Grid and acoustic tile installation, replacement panels, perimeter details and coordinated openings. A removable ceiling can preserve planned access to services above.

Acoustic clouds and baffles

Suspended absorptive elements for open ceilings. Confirm the selected material, tested acoustic assembly, spacing, suspension and lighting layout before installation.

Specialty ceiling systems

Wood slats, linear systems and architectural features coordinated with the specified backing and support. A decorative finish alone does not establish an acoustic rating.

Real ceiling installations.

Review the photographed work and its recorded scope. These are project examples, not a promise that every system suits every room.

What to send for an installation quote.

Include the city, room use, approximate ceiling area and height, reflected ceiling plan, product schedule and photographs. Flag occupied working hours, access restrictions, existing damage and any required service relocation. Rambo can then discuss what is included, what needs another trade and which details remain unresolved.

Ceiling grids need coordination with lights, diffusers, sprinklers and access panels. Acoustic performance belongs to the specified assembly; sound absorption within a room differs from sound isolation between rooms. Product ratings, fire requirements and engineered suspension details should be confirmed for the actual design.

Local project planning

Rambo serves Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley and other Lower Mainland communities. Scheduling, site suitability and final scope require review. See Vancouver services, Burnaby services or the full project gallery.

Acoustic ceiling installation questions.

Can you replace an existing ceiling?

Discuss the existing grid, tile dimensions, condition, services and working hours. Replacement panels must suit the installed grid; damaged suspension or changes to the assembly may require more work than a tile swap.

Are acoustic ceilings the same as soundproofing?

No. Absorptive ceilings can address sound reflections within a room. Sound transfer between rooms depends on the wider wall, ceiling and service assembly. Confirm the intended performance with the project designer.

Do you install in occupied offices?

Occupied work needs a site-specific plan for access, protection, dust, working hours and service interruptions. Tell Mason about these constraints before the quote is prepared.
