The story behind the photographs
We carried out framing and drywall at Club Champion in Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, Surrey, under general contractor White Knight Construction Ltd. The photographs connect the exposed steel stud partitions with the later boarded retail interior.
What the photographs show
The sequence connects the framing to the surfaces that follow it. Openings, backing and the transition to drywall can be compared within one documented retail tenant improvement, rather than mixing photographs from unrelated jobs.
Compare the whole finishing package
Rambo’s original estimate included drywall on both sides of the walls, wall insulation and Level 4 finishing. For your own project, ask whether the quote includes insulation, taping, finishing, opening details and preparation for painting.
Lighting and paint choice affect the finish you may need. Show your contractor any areas with large windows, strong side lighting or decorative finishes so expectations are clear.
